Shipping Info

We Ship only to Canada and the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and overseas.

SHIPPING TO CANADA: 

Standard Shipping FedEx Ground will deliver the package generally 3-9 business day(s) from time of order for all items that we have in stock. Order processing times may be delayed if an item is out of stock on your order. In these cases, a friendly ecojot Customer Service Representative will notify you by email.

SHIPPING TO THE US:

All FedEx Ground shipments to the US will take 6-12 business day(s) from date of delivery. We recommend you place your order anytime between Saturday to Wednesday as all US orders are shipped out Friday morning.

Delivery dates are approximate and do not guarantee delivery within the stated time periods. Periodically delays occur as all orders are subject to customs inspection.

*For orders totaling over $2,000, you are required to provide a Social Security or Federal ID number for customs purposes.*

* Shipping costs to Northern Canadian Provinces are subject to change and customer will be contacted for approval*

*Please be advised that Shipping rates are subject to increase based on market rates*

*International orders are subject to request for shipping quote*

All orders include shipping, handling and insurance in the final cost. If you require your order to ship earlier than the provided time, please indicate this on your order under the section entitled ‘special instructions’. We will contact you with shipping options and additional costs.

All orders will have a tracking number that will be emailed once the order has shipped.

Note: FedEX does not ship to PO Box addresses, please provide us with an alternative address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

At this time we do not ship if you live outside North America. We do apologize for the inconvenience if wish to order, please go to our Find a Retailer page to locate a shop that carries ecojot. If you require further assistance please email our Customer Service Department.

RETURNS 

Please note that we do not offer refunds.  All product exchange must be done by mail within 15 days of receipt of package. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.  All sale products purchased on-line are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Ecojot is not responsible for any product damaged in return shipping. No exchange or refund will be provided for products damaged during return shipping.

To exchange product please contact our Customer Services Department at 1.800.836.6669. You will be provided with an exchange authorization number. Please send the item(s) with a copy of your receipt and following information:

• Your name, address and telephone number
• Your order number and exchange authorization number
• Item description and reason for return sent to:
