SHIPPING TO CANADA:
Standard Shipping FedEx Ground will deliver the package generally 3-9 business day(s) from time of order for all items that we have in stock. Order processing times may be delayed if an item is out of stock on your order. In these cases, a friendly ecojot Customer Service Representative will notify you by email.
SHIPPING TO THE US:
All FedEx Ground shipments to the US will take 6-12 business day(s) from date of delivery. We recommend you place your order anytime between Saturday to Wednesday as all US orders are shipped out Friday morning.
Delivery dates are approximate and do not guarantee delivery within the stated time periods. Periodically delays occur as all orders are subject to customs inspection.
*For orders totaling over $2,000, you are required to provide a Social Security or Federal ID number for customs purposes.*

All orders will have a tracking number that will be emailed once the order has shipped.
Note: FedEX does not ship to PO Box addresses, please provide us with an alternative address.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. All product exchange must be done by mail within 15 days of receipt of package. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. All sale products purchased on-line are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Ecojot is not responsible for any product damaged in return shipping. No exchange or refund will be provided for products damaged during return shipping.
